Friends of WWU Libraries
From a few bookshelves in the first Administration Building, to a collection of more than 190,000 books, 1,000 periodical subscriptions, and several full-text, online databases, the Libraries of Walla Walla University have undergone many changes since 1892. Yet, their fundamental purpose remains unchanged: serving the information and research needs of our students, faculty, staff, and friends.
This purpose is realized through several interconnected libraries, which comprise the Libraries of WWU. These include Peterson Memorial Library (the main campus library), the School of Nursing Library in Portland, the Master of Social Work Library in Missoula, the Curriculum Library, and the Rosario Marine Station collection.
Ways to Support WWU Libraries
The Friends of WWU Libraries Fund provides a source of income, beyond the regular materials budget, designated specifically for strengthening and enriching the collections of the Walla Walla University Libraries. Resources will support teaching and researching across all disciplines. There are several ways to contribute to the Friends of WWU Libraries Fund:
